T’s & C’s: Equipment provided comprises of 1 Dish, 1 Router, 1 Pole, 1 bracket, fittings and 20m cable and remains the equipment of iNet Bloemfontein. Replacement of equipment through damage is at the client’s expense. The trenching of cable is for the expense of the client. Any additional equipment needed in addition to the standard supplied equipment is billed to the client. The holes and painting of walls after removal of equipment is for the account of the client.
Inet Bfn retains the right to remove equipment from client premises due to non-payment. 30 Days notice is required for termination of services and contract. Collection of INET Wifi Equipment during office hours.
Technical complaints will be addressed during working hours between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday). After-hour service is R650 call-out on weekends and public holidays. Telephonic desk support is available during weekdays until 22:00, and from 08:00 to 12:00 over weekends and public holidays.
Administration and account enquiries will be dealt with during working hours. Payment of accounts is due by the 3rd of the month. Please make use of our Debit Order facility to avoid the inconvenience of discontinuation of service due to non-payment.
Prices will escalate annually according to inflation costs determined. Please observe internet and email etiquette at all times.
